"Do whatever you need to do to get into your body, not because you will need to be able to swing a fist or a sword, but in order to bring all of yourself to the front line of your own life. Be in your best body for you in order to bring your whole self to your sacred work."

Well, I am, I think, FINALLY back in gear after a year of lying fallow (or resting, or rusting, or recuperating.) Just did the NYIOPS auditions, but with me out of practice and fairly short notice, it went not so great. I did, however, learn a number of valuable lessons, which I'll carry forward. The first of which is: always be prepared for audition opportunities. :p
Next week, Paducah AQS Quilt Festival with Mom. May 4-12, Costa Rica with Graham and family. After that, West Coast auditions. I need to make the recording for the West Coast auditions THIS week. Oi.
